Do you offer travel insurance?

Explore Tours does recommend the purchase of travel insurance in the event of any unforeseen circumstances (medical emergencies, etc.) that could impact your trip. What do your meet and assist services include?

The majority of our land tour packages include meet and assist services. An Explore Tours representative will greet you upon arrival, go over your travel documents with you, and answer any questions you may have. A Milepost Guidebook ($29.95 retail value) and travel brochures are also included in your documentation packet, providing you with additional tools to ensure your Alaska travels go smoothly.

Can you change tour components or extend the duration of the tour?

Yes, most every tour (with the exception of escorted trips) we offer can be tailored to meet your needs. Explore Tours specializes in customizing tour itineraries, so simply send us a request with your anticipated travel dates, the type of tours you are interested in and targeted budget and we will prepare a personalized quote for you - at no charge!

Do your tour packages include airfare?

Some packages include airfare within Alaska, but only where specified. Should you need assistance with additional airfare to, from, or within Alaska, please contact us for a personalized quote. Explore Tours carries contracts with a number of local air carriers and is also affiliated with one of the largest travel management companies in the Pacific Northwest, giving you the advantage of expert advice.
