What will the temperature be like?

How are the mosquitoes?

Mosquitoes may be jokingly referred to as our state bird, but are typically not a bother to most travelers. However, if you do find yourself in a heavy congregation, here are some basic steps you can take:

1) First and foremost, use repellent.
2) Try to avoid skin exposure. Wear long sleeves and pants.
3) Avoid perfumes and scented soaps or shampoos.
4) If traveling to marshy/moist terrain or where you might be stationary for long periods of time (i.e. bear viewing or fishing excursions), make sure to bring a mosquito headnet.

When can we expect to receive our travel documents?

Vouchers and final instructional itinerary will be scheduled for release electronically at approximately 2 weeks prior to clients' arrival. Originals will be provided in Anchorage and delivered in person (if meet & greet service is included) or delivered by courier to your first hotel. Some exceptions may apply depending on arrival location and/or type of services purchased. Alternate arrangements may also be made. Please check with your reservation agent with any special requests.

Online Reservations:
If you have made your booking online, you will receive an official confirmation email instantly upon reserving. Vouchers and instructional travel itinerary will be emailed to you electronically approximately 2 weeks prior to your first travel service.
